Quality Care Partners (QCP) is a network of healthcare providers, responsible for improving and maintaining the health of the people we serve.  They are a physician and hospital directed organization dedicated to excellence in medical management.

QCP was incorporated in 1995 and was initially developed as an open model PHO (physician-hospital organization and now represents over 95% of the local physicians.  QCP serves its physician and hospital partners  through participation in fee-for-service and HMO contracts representing many area employers.
